Hi, My name is Belinda, I offer a confidential space to safely explore difficult issues and meet the many challenges which have brought you to counselling. Helping you to gain a better insight into yourself.

As a fully qualified counsellor, I have experience working with a range of different issues including, anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement and loss, relationship problems and addictions to name a few. As a member of the BACP, I work within their ethical framework, working with clients to reach their full potential.

I have completed several degrees, also my counselling qualification including level 2/3 and 4 also CBT training. I have also completed level 3 in Health and social care.

I also have training in safe guarding, trauma, addiction, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and attachment to name a few.
