I am an Accreditated Psychotherapist in private practice based in Camarthenshire .

Between 2003 and 2014 I was employed fulltime by the NHS as a Primary Care Counsellor, I have worked in rural Cornwall and Greater Manchester, during my years in the Nhs,

Currently I have had a private practice for over 3 years now based South West Wales, Camarthenshire.

I offer Counselling, Psychotherapy Humanistic and Psychodynamic therapy, I believe in the promise of Human potential, and the unIqueness of the individual

I have a BSc Hons in Psychology

A Humanistic Diploma in Humanistic Counselling and therapy

A Diploma in CBT

A Diploma in Psychodynamic therapy.

Advanced Diploma in Counselling Supervision/Accredited.

Although my core theoretical training is that of ‘Person-Centred Counselling', I consider myself an Integrative therapist as I assimilate a number of theories, concepts and models from

numerous psychotherapeutic paradigms.

My Back ground is primarily Clinical Psychology, I have worked for the Nhs for over 16 years in Acute mental health services and Primary Care.

I like to work with the Whole person in mind .

For the last three years I have worked as a Private Therapist, I take independent self referals , referals from EAP providers, Charities and Insurance companies.

I am a BUPA recognised clinican and am on thier consultant finder.

I specialise in Humanistic therapy, psychodyamic I am an intergrative Therapis Working with the individual process.
