About me
I am a counsellor and coach offering friendly and genuine support for adults.
I work with anxiety, stress, work issues, trauma, anger and self-esteem. I also coach for setting goals, making decisions and offer a combined approach of coach/counselling for ADHD/autism.
Experience
I worked in the addiction field for 8 years and with survivors of sexual abuse for 3 years. Qualified in Gestalt counselling in 2010 at diploma level and have my BA (Hons) (2011) in humanistic counselling.
