Hi, I'm Michelle, an Integrative Counsellor based in Plymouth. Devon. PL1

I am available to provide the following services: Counselling, Family Court Emotional Support Services, and Befriending Services.

We often feel, at times, overwhelmed by the thoughts and feelings going on inside our minds, which can be a struggle to process and work through on our own. I am available to provide you with a safe space to support you through this process.

My counselling experience includes working as a counsellor for two mental health apps, Vos Help and Lift Talk, and working for an American Relationship Support Website.

I am an empathetic and non-judgemental counsellor, very easy to talk to, and people feel comfortable opening up to me due to my warm and caring nature.

Currently Studying a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with Counselling.

Advanced Level 4 Counselling Diploma (Qualified 2024).

Level 2 Certificate in Sucicide and Self-Harm Prevention (2025)

Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Domestic Abuse (2025)

Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems (2025)

Level 3 Diploma In Counselling Skills (Qualified 2023).
