My journey into Complementary Therapies started while not having any health concerns, but when a friend of mine was practising with me using Reiki. During our practice session, I felt something that my inner being had longed for, which I was not previously aware of. It felt like I was meant to be on this pathway. Since then, I have been drawn to the world of Complementary Therapies.

I trained in various approaches and became a multi-skilled practitioner, having practised as a holistic therapist since 1999. I have spent over £60K (and counting) on training and CPDs over the years, and I find that my forte is subtle energy. I now specialise in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST). I trained with the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust (CTET) in London under the guidance of Michael Kern for two years and have been practising since 2010.

Subtle energy is my forte. When clients are in front of me, I'm highly sensitive to their energy field. I can assess information without the laying of hands. As a result, this enables me to also treat clients long-distance, including in another country. I practice both in-person and online sessions.
