Do you ever feel you know there is a problem but you just don't know what?
That was me for 30 years. I built myself a successful career, had a loving family and a beautiful home. On the surface I was happy, in control, but below was a different story.
I struggled with stress and my emotions. I felt distant, overwhelmed, angry. I would block it out, tell myself to 'man up'. Unfortunately those closest to me felt it the worst.
As responsibilities grew, stresses intensified. I was at breaking point and ran out of carpet to sweep under. I had a young family now, this time I had to 'man up' properly. Turns out I had been living with PTSD since a child. I invested in myself and got help through Havening Techniques® - after just one session my PTSD was gone.
I was completely blown away with this relatively new therapy so much I trained to become a certified Havening Techniques® practitioner myself. Two years on I've since quit my 9-5pm and have been privileged enough to work with some incredible people, helping them to achieve some incredible results.
As a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner with multiple professional credentials in health and fitness, I help clients use neuroscience, movement, nutrition, and recovery to build lasting wellbeing, resilience, and calm.
