I'm an osteopath and have been since 2014.

I qualified from the British School of Osteopathy with Distinction, and have been in private practice since.

I enjoy seeing patients from teens to the elderly and treating everything from headaches to bunions.

Inevitably, I can say I have expertise in treating back pain, as that's a lot of what we see.

I used to be a professional ballet dancer, and I use my movement knowledge to help get people moving naturally again.

There are lots of myths and misunderstandings about injuries, so I spend plenty of time educating and empowering my patients. Patients who know more, do better.

I work in two clinics:

- I work at Openhealth Clinic in Ascot on Monday evenings, Tuesday mornings, Thursdays afternoons, Friday mornings and alternate Saturday mornings.

- On Monday and Thursday mornings, and Friday afternoons I work at Hartwood Health in Fleet.

- I can also do online consultations.
